The south asian man that was in the shop 9th of July is a very rude person and is very unhelpful. Had a problem with my parcel and he basically treated me like I was a pest and that I was a massive inconvenience to him , as a young woman it’s very upsetting to have a random man be very abrupt and weirdly aggressive especially when I was asking for help .

Post office was listed as a place where I can pick up my item. I went to collect it after I had photo proof of it being delivered. The man said "you put it as delivery not collect so I sent it back" I asked him to clarify and why the post office is listed as a pickup point but he just kept repeating "you put it as delivery not collect so I sent it back". Now Evri is listing it as delivered but because post office man sent it back I have a headache of trying to get my item. Terrible service, very disappointed.
