My experience today was really bad, there is an African staff there who was really rude to me, she was really rude to other black customers but so nice to other, she needs to be looked into. Sometimes people forget where they are. Rules and laws work in English..

visited the Mansfield Post Office for a cash deposit and was disappointed with the service. I was served by a staff member,After telling what amount I want to deposit I was asked multiple times how much I wanted to deposit. A simple two‑minute transaction took over ten minutes, and being repeatedly asked the amount made the process feel unprofessional and not very trustworthy.because they count cash in machine inside the office When a customer hands over cash, the staff should handle it confidently and clearly.
