- RProger patesFeb 6, 20261.0Had the need to return my old passport having applied for a new one,so went to Arnold Post office to buy a suitable envelope,the only one they had was somewhat oversized then I was told I would have to buy a large first class stamp because of the large envelope at a cost of £3.15 I was asked if I wanted to send it recorded delivery I declined,so I returned home to address the envelope and then took it to Killisick post office where a very helpful lady told it would only cost me 30.pence to send it recorded delivery,why then was I not told that at Arnold P.O.
