- RWRobert WalkerSep 24, 20261.0Would of given 0 stars but you can't went to renew my SiA licence on Wednesday was told their machine was down OK fair enough to come back in morning Thursday which I did cued up got to cashier no 5 same women as day before told her what I wanted she said in a rude manner can't do it I asked why we only not enough staff their was 1 in cue behind me no more 2 cashier s and could hear others out back come back after 3 o'clock . Very unprofessional and no customer service skills went to Swansea post of very polite cashier only 2 working helped me when she come out to take photo I noticed she was on crutches I thought wow fairplay port Talbot cashier no 5 should take some pointers from Swansea

Behind the counter was nothing but chaos - surely they cannot turn people away from a service they provide to collect parcels. Shop area is awful, nothing has prices and doors been broken for over a month.
- AMAndrew McBrideSep 4, 20261.0Absolutely disgusting and disappointed by what this Main Port Talbot post office has become, 4 times in a week to collect a delivery to be told its not here only to have a notice to a phone saying collect your item, a post office worker is in a position of trust even if it is now a franchise shop, attitude to die for when being challenged and a phone call to say parcel found, this office should be CLOSED for good and put smaller ones out in the community, don't lie about looking for an item when you can't backup what your saying and ask what was being implied when being challenged an absolute Joke on a public service.

Had the return address on the parcel, she said she can’t accept it because I didn’t write it out which is absolutely ridiculous, I went to the local premier/ post office the guy behind the counter printed the address off for me with a code done in 30 seconds. No wonder the big post office shops are shutting. Complete useless staff and they can’t be bothered to do the job they are paid for.
