A highly valued village post office, we'd all be very lost without it. Also a coffee shop, so those living on their own can catch up with others. Gifts on sale from local crafter's too

The way Julie treats her customers is very biased depending on whether you are a regular customer and use her coffee shop. Julie has been rude to me on several occasions and today was the worst Post Office experience I’ve ever had. She had a very bad attitude, an unprofessional manner and her tone and language were totally inappropriate.
I had waited patiently while she was on the phone ordering her cash but was then expected to queue again when 2 of my coin bags were not the correct weight. The way she spoke to me in front of a shop full of people was absolutely dreadful.
This is not the first time I’ve received discourteous service from Julie. I doubt, however, she treats any of the customers who use the coffee shop there like that. I always have a totally different experience when I visit the other local post office at Caewern, Neath. They are so friendly and helpful, I will be going there from now on. I find Julie has a negative attitude towards her work and there is always an obstacle. Her treatment towards me today was quite honestly a disgrace to the Post Office.
I appreciate anyone can get stressed at work but you should never take it out on your customers.
