Fantastic friendly service! Was running late and popped in 20 min before closing with documents to certify. They were very friendly and not miffed with me for coming in last minute. Very helpful and didn't rush through the process. Thank you.

Went in there and clearly asked for 2 postal deliveries second class small packages they should have been around £3.50 (roughly each) he then proceeded to deal with another package while asking me question so I couldn’t quite hear him as he was behind glass so I just said yes, then came out to found he charged me £16!!!! Went back in tried to fix the mistake I was dealt with a nice polite employee but, the manager or what seemed to be the manager or supervisor was getting really rude back chatting with certain comments and proceeded to then ignore me, awful customer service and very very rude!!!

I have had a terrible experience with this post office not by the actual post office it self but with the customer service that they provided me and my sister, when we had to send parcels off. Not only did it start there, I know what’s going on in the world that they are more Cautious then normal which is totally understandable however the way they went about it was just plain rude, as me and my sister entered the office a female Indian staff who is age between 50-60 was told to get out as to many people are in the shop, fair enough but the way she said it was unnecessary. As we was waiting in the cue she told us to come round, I went first and ask to return my parcel, which I know the return letter was a bit faint due to my ink running out of my printer you could see everything fine even the numbers below the barcode but lines on the barcode was patchy and won’t scan, and that’s totally my fault (however I took a parcel to a post office before which was faint and they typed the numbers instead of scanning the barcode). I said I’m sorry I know the lines abit faint but could you possibly type in the numbers instead, she said no I can’t except this as I can’t scan it and told me to buy more ink and bring it back down, then pushed it to me. Not wanting to come of rude I said that’s fine I take it to my local post office and they will do it. Which I did take it down and I explained to them about the faint lines and they said that’s fine at least I can put the numbers in I don’t need to scan it with the barcode, they were so helpful bless her, from now on I will go there, however the other staff who was male Indian man was lovely and couldn’t fault him, he’s always the man who I go to when I’m down there and his costumer service is spot on.
