    Extremely rude! Extremely unhelpful! I will not use again . Go to the Swansgate staff completely the opposite. Advice to this branch. If you do not like members of the public do not work with them!

    If Google did zero or negative stars think this post office would qualify. Very pedantic, unhelpful and just plain miserable. Took a prepaid eBay parcel that was clearly under the weight limit for the postage, wouldn't accept as the printed weight wasn't correct. The post office in the town centre took the parcel without any issues. I don't know if they are husband and wife but they appear to be in competition as to which of them can be the most unhelpful to customers (she's winning 2 : 1 at the minute).
