- ABAbdul BaigMar 25, 20261.0Place deserves to be shut down, make up their own opening and closing times that see fit to them, whilst holding my mail and making it impossible for me to collect due to opening late or closing early even though the main reason for sending it to higham ferrers was the fact it was open later than Rusdhen High St post office as advertised online. In reality they close up when they get tired and open up when they feel like it. Avoid
- AMAli MimJan 19, 20261.0Avoid at all costs, I appreciate it is a small post office and gets busy, but the gentleman behind the counter does not seem to care one bit about anyone else’s time. Will casually take a call whilst serving you, will disappear in to the back for a few minutes whilst you are waiting in line, all whilst the other staff struggle and try to keep up with the queue. Gentleman also got rude with me after a parcel was delivered to the post office and I had called the shop beforehand to confirm it was there just to arrive and be told the post man has taken it back to the depot. Essentially just there for the sake of it, gave this post office many chances and will surely never return even if I have to wait an hour on the high street.
