- SSSusanJun 29, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. The opening hours shown on Google are incorrect and I received conflicting information from two different members of staff. On Friday I was told the Post Office facilities closed at 4pm, but today I was told they close at 2pm. It is extremely frustrating to be given different information and waste time travelling there based on incorrect timings. The staff communication and customer service need drastic improvement. I would not recommend using the Post Office facilities here at all .

This could be perhaps staff sickness or not enough staff to cover the post office. I have had to drive to another post office or use evri. When this is in my lunch break at work, this is exceptionally frustrating.
