On this visit there was no greeting at the counter and the interaction was uncomfortable. As I walked away the staff member shouted “you’re welcome “ which came across a sarcastic. When I said it wasn’t the first time you’ve been rude to me, she started shouting again. I understand everyone can have a bad day but she shouldn’t be taken it on customers. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be the minimum when dealing with the public . Based on my experiences don’t expect a particularly friendly or respectful service here.
