I’d taken my passport with me as proof of ID to collect a parcel, Hemant noticed the dates and told me I needed to get it replaced before my holiday because of the new EU rules. I was totally unaware of this thinking I had at least 4mths left from date of travel so I’d have been very upset at being refused travel at the airport. Thank you
