Shocking delivery.
2 guys turned up in a van. Neither knew what to do with our well boxed arm chair.
They told me they couldn’t get it up the steps to our bungalow. I had pre warned the furniture company about the steps. We’ve had multiple deliveries in the last 7 months this way, with no problems.
Including a bed and 2 sofas.
They picked up the box and dropped it on the drive.
Then after getting it up the steps, they said it wouldn’t come through the front door!
Absolute nonsense. I told them to turn the box around and it would fit.
They ignored me, so I had to call my husband to talk to them. He was working from home.
He told them the same thing, it came through the door.
My husband got a dolly for them to put it on, he helped them to push it down the hall.
Then they asked if we wanted it assembled? I had paid extra for this and to take the packaging away.
They didn’t have a single tool between them, none on the van!
My husband got a tool box and showed them how to open the cardboard box. He then watched as they struggled to attach the legs.
They did all this in the hall.
They then said it wouldn’t go through the bedroom door! 🫣😂
It did, they just had no idea how to deliver, move or put furniture together.
I did give them both a cold can of Coke before they left, as it was a hot day yesterday.
I would give this delivery company zero stars if I could.

Very poor experience of delivery. After placing online order for 2 bed frames had to chase after 2.5 weeks as no update on when they would be delivered. On day of delivery was given 11am-1pm time slot. Then got message saying had unsuccessfully tried to deliver order. Then got message saying good news! Our order was on a backup vehicle. Order finally arrived at 6pm but was incomplete. Only 7 out of 8 boxes received. Not sure that there is any connection made by the company with the order & what has actually been left with customer as I’ve had no follow up email confirming they will deliver the missing section of bed frame. I would hope delivery drivers would report this- they checked every box in their van but couldn’t locate the missing one. Instead I’ve received an email asking me how my experience was. So…. This is my experience to date. Keeping fingers crossed they will finally deliver a usable bed frame.

The tracking communication was excellent and my item was delivered on time. I paid for additional services which were to take the old washing machine away and to install the new one. This unfortunately is where the good service failed. I was asked if I had a screwdriver, I replied surely they must have tools to do the job, that's why I paid the extra to which I got no response other than a huff and then a shouted conversation to his colleague in foreign language. The chap did manage to find a screwdriver on the van but it became obvious this was an annoyance to him. Considering they were removing and installing a washing machine I wrongly assumed they would have the tools at hand to do the job, not even any paper towels to clear up water that had come out of the pipe. I ended up helping one of the chaps unpack the new washing machine because he was trying to do it on his own and was tipping the front of my new shiny machine onto the tarmac driveway to try and remove the packaging. All small things I know but not, in my opinion, too much to ask. Because of the attitude of one of the chaps I ended up asking them not to install the new washing machine I would do it myself as I had lost faith in their ability. So I paid a company to do a job that I ended up doing myself :-(

If i had an option at checkout not to use them, I wouldn't have.
Meant to deliver a mattress to me on friday, the delivery time slot was 1257 - 1457.
They call me at around 1200 saying they'll be there early. I explained wasn't at the house was and driving 3 hours to get there and my eta was 1320.
They would not wait the 20 minutes despite an attempt to ask nicely and in exchange for their time i would have given them a nice tip.
It was their last drop of the day and I needed the mattress to sleep on that evening. Needless to say, they declined delivery and turned the phone off at 1257 as they'd been waiting outside since 1230.
Spent the night in a hotel. Saturday came and they had to come drop it off again... £20 was paid in the booking for a room drop off and not just dumped in the door. They still tried to just dump it in the door and run off like roadrunner.
Has to stop them and ask for it to be taken to the bedroom as it was paid for this service.
They took it upstairs and did their job in the end.
Still wouldn't use them.

I recently received my treadmill running machine. I have not opened it yet, but the delivery was completed successfully. The delivery driver, Nava, and a lady helper brought the item to my home.
The treadmill is a very heavy product, and Nava asked for my help to move it, which I was happy to provide. However, I was quite surprised when he explained that if a product weighs over 60 kg and there are stairs in the property, the delivery team may refuse to take it upstairs and could even return it.
I think this policy could create difficulties for many customers, especially older or vulnerable people who may not be physically able to move such heavy equipment themselves. Considering the cost of these products, it would be disappointing if customers could not receive delivery to their desired location within their home.
Initially, when I asked for the treadmill to be taken upstairs, the driver seemed reluctant, although with my assistance we managed to get it upstairs safely. I understand that one person cannot carry such a heavy item alone, but this highlights the importance of having an adequate delivery team and clear arrangements for heavy goods.
My suggestion to the company is to ensure that delivery services for large and heavy items include placement in the customer’s chosen room whenever reasonably possible. This would provide a much better experience and prevent vulnerable customers from being disadvantaged.
Overall, I appreciate the effort of Nava and his helper in delivering such a heavy item, but I believe the company should review its delivery policy for large products.
