- AJAdam JnanaMay 22, 20261.0Consistently terrible experience, across multiple different orders from separate companies. The common link is AIT and they’re low skill, low EQ, low energy drivers. They seem to be incentivised to produce as many redeliveries (£50-100 a pop) as possible. Any excuse they can find; eg turning up after the window has closed and then saying you weren’t in, fabricating fake images / selective images of parking signs to claim there wasn’t proper parking available etc. clearly the company is under financial pressure and needs to generate extra income this way. Very sad. Most recently SGS1002528884
