I've sent a lot of parcels to Ireland and never heard of this the chap behind the counter said it had come in 4 months ago that I could take a customs form to read.i drove to banbury post office posted my parcel they couldn't have been more helpful, I told them what happened at Woodford Halse they were surprised and as confused as I was.i would say he simply couldn't be bothered to serve me and is maybe in the wrong job
