Really unhelpful woman ; everytime I go in she has a can’t be bothered attitude , ask her a question and she just says just go to another post office , never wants to be helpful at all , even if she could be I believe she tried to be awkward
The post office should remove services from this place , gives them a bad name . Never been anything but dismissive and rude . Awful place

Went to pick up a inpost parcel and was pointed to two bags in the corner of the shop and told to look for it myself, anyone could have taken the whole bag and walked out and I'm not sure they would have cared.

Went in today. Man was stood at the post office desk , I walked up asked to return my parcel he pointed to a handwritten scribbled sign saying closed 3:30-4:30 Monday to Friday. Which is not advertised online or out front of shop. Didn’t say a word to me and rudely pointed ! very disappointed with customer service especially as it’s a new team working here after the takeover ! Will not be returning will travel further to find post office which shows actual official opening times and advertises it.

No point in using if needing the post office. Always closed. Three times I have visited over 2 months now and it's been closed each time. Will not bother again.
Frequently Asked Questions About Weldon Post Office
How much cash can I withdraw at a Post Office counter?
The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.
For details, please check directly with your own bank.
How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches

Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
