They once couldn't scan a paid for royal, all qr code and didn't know how to put in the code so just stared at me till I left. Thankfully ebay didn't mind and seemed to be aware of them - how bad does it have to be that a retailer recognises complaints?

I've gone twice this week, so far; both times in the mid afternoon and well within their stated opening times, only to find them closed. The Management/Staff seem to have little regard for the Customer, many of which are elderly. Yet another example of Post Office Counters Ltd failing in their obligations to the community.
