I have always liked this post office but this time they let me down. My husband posted a parcel to Malaysia the girl was so stressed out doing the counter and the posts office not been trained at all. She sent it with out trace, when my husband asked are you sure I don’t need tracking number, she said I don’t know, I think it’s ok. It’s just not good when the owners go out and leave her. Shut the shop next time please. I posted a parcel to a little girl for her birthday that she never got. I will never shop there again. I can’t even claim as I did not keep receipts. I really think the post office or that girl should refund me. Bad service. They should keep the man with the hat who cover from time to time, he is very nice polite and efficient.
