Started going back over the past 2 weeks due to needing tracked parcels scanning. Always struggling to servce customers so people have to wait. Busy times happen... but today it was business as I remember. Walk in, staff looks at me and my carrier bag with parcels and promptly tells me thay cant take parcels as the post office is shut.... but she was able to help different customers at the post office. Said she could not scan them in. So now I have customers who have paid for Tracked 24, that I cannot post until they feel like opening again. Really pointless post office in an area that really could do with some reliability.
