He called someone said it was his boss I don’t know what was said however he advised me to pay again and to call their card machine company (not my job or place) for a refund. When I said I wasn’t going to pay again he tore the postage label off my envelope. There were other customers in the shop and he just went off to serve them. His attitude towards me was disgusting and I will definitely not be using this post office again which is a shame as it’s now the only shop in the village. To make matters worse this happened to the customer before me as well but she went off embarrassed but it was obviously a problem with their card machine.
