Bit of a queue but 2 staff working, one dealing with a walk in passport application. Both reallly seemed to know what they were doing so it was all very quick and easy ( I was using an Amazon QSR return on my phone for the 1st time).
There is a notice saying you have to book an appointment for Saturday Passports , which is understandable.
Overall a better experience than using my shop-come-post office where half the staff can't us ethe post office till and the other half are all fingers and thumbs.
I will use prospect again for anything complex , and for the savvy and professional staff
