I left a DPD business parcel for an urgent next day delivery and I got told by DPD (After not they hadn't collected for two days) that they couldn't collect as "The Postoffice was closed due to unforeseen circumstances" So now my customer hasn't got their item, This just isn't acceptable for a Postoffice.

Very inconvenient and if they are going to close for lunch please publish this so people don’t have wasted journeys!
