The chap on the counter today is doing a fantastic job. He is like a machine and doing 3 jobs at once. Despite being massively overworked he continues to be polite and helpful.

Excellent and efficient service. I attended for ID verification after the Beeston Post Office system was not working, which was inconvenient given the travel involved. The team at the Victoria Centre were prompt, professional, and completed the verification swiftly. I was very satisfied with the service provided.
