I’ve been in a few time but the customer service is non existent, went yesterday to post a parcel , had to wait while he finished stacking the shelves , no hello or can I help you ?, I asked for a receipt and he said he couldn’t do one so I said well I need a receipt and again he said he couldn’t do one so I proceeded to take back my parcel and said well I’ll take it somewhere else and he said I’m only kidding I’m only kidding, I mean seriously????? Can you not just serve someone in a correct manner and do your job in a polite and civilised manner ???? I won’t ever be going in again and will take my business elsewhere.
