- JHJon HaywoodMay 6, 20261.0The owner makes you feel like you are disturbing him..went in & wanted to do 2 or 3 different transations..he snatched the envelope out of my hand & looked behind me to his 3 waiting customers..I told him he was making me feel uncomfortable,as a customer & that maybe he should have 2 members of staff on..1 for the PO & one for the convenience store. I will NEVER give my custom to this shop again. Rude & was made to feel like i was an inconvenience!
- FPFreya ParishApr 17, 20261.0Don't get parcels delivered here as they will lose them and blame the courier and you. I had confirmation from Evri that this post office had my parcel. When I went to collect they confirmed they had it. They spent over 5 minutes digging though a very disorganised pile of parcels. Then they miraculously remembered they sent it back because it was damaged despite their system showing it was in thier building when I first asked. When I asked for a reciept or a paper trial they said they don't have one. Then they changed their story again and told me it had been sent back because I waited more than 2 days to collect it despite Evri telling me I had a week to collect it. I couldn't collect within 2 days due to being away. I stepped aside so they could continue serving whilst I found my emails and when I tried to talk to them again one of the men waves his hand at me to shoo me away, talked over me and called the next customer. The younger man wasn't rude but didn't really know what was going on. But the older man was incredibly rude and blatantly lying.

- NANathan AdamsonJan 16, 20261.0Last time I will be using this shop or post office Extremely rude and hostile Came to drop off parcels at 3:20pm to be told “ NO “ post office closed until 3:45 No apology , no thought for customers If you can’t run a shop due to school kids at school finish time I suggest you hire more staff Don’t make your issue my problem and also be rude about it I’ll also be complaining to the post office that you refused service due to your incompetence
