After having a bad experience at the Royal Mail depot in town I came here to send my parcels instead and it was a breath of fresh air. Super simple process and great customer service, I'll be coming here again for sure.

Really disappointed with how this post office has changed since the previous owners left. They were always so friendly, patient and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference for local customers.
Unfortunately, the experience now is completely the opposite. The young lady currently working there is consistently rude and unapproachable. I’ve visited three separate times and on every occasion she has been sharp in her responses, unhelpful and unwilling to explain basic processes for services. Rather than offering guidance, it feels like you’re an inconvenience for simply asking questions.
Customer service should be about supporting people, especially when many post office services can be confusing. Instead, the atmosphere is uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
It’s a real shame because this branch used to be excellent and convenient for the community. Sadly, I’ll now be taking my custom to the Gedling post office instead, where the service is far more professional and friendly.

Incredibly aggressive man at cigarette counter. Left in tears, suggest he does not process any mail queries he is too incompetent and aggressive.
