To be perfectly honest one star is one too many. The shop is sadly brought down by appalling post office staff. The man was rude and entirely unhelpful. I think they would definitely benefit from some customer service training.

A nice shop attached to this Post Office but sadly the Post Office staff can be a mixed bag. Some are fine, but others are just plain rude. It depends who you get on the day. If l was rude to my customers like that, I would be out of business. Unfortunately, it is the only Post Office in the area so people have no choice but to use it. I hope the customer service improves soon for the people of this lovely village. They do deserve a better customer experience.

1 counter for the Post Office manned by rude, un-helpful and disinterested staff who treat you like a nuisance. Disgraceful.
I recommend going to Bingham Post Office instead.
