Fabulous service received from Anne at Morpeth post office on 27th April 2026. Myself, my husband and sister all needed to change our address on our driving licences. I need to renew my licence too, which involved the taking of my photograph, and extensively completing an online application. We all tried to use the website to process these documents at home, but the online process was impossible! Anne saved the day! She was knowledgeable, calm and patient, and even though a queue built behind us she never wavered. We left the post office feeling relieved that this onerous task was completed. Anne is a superstar and an asset to your team.

Was attended by an extremely rude lady who gave me a very condescending look when I asked for some help filling in a customs form that I needed to attach to a parcel, the next lady that served me however was very kind and had far better customer service skills.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. I got in a right muddle with vehicle registration and tax after a bereavement and one of the ladies was fantastic sorting it out for me. It’s a very busy site and sometimes you have to wait a while for service, but it’s always a service worth waiting for.
