Ever since Covid staff in a lot of shops seem to have no manners.
No hello, or thanks you.

Fantastic! Always a brilliant service from the post office team.
There are so many services and processes for the team to manage and juggle but they always do it brilliantly, with a smile and warm words.
Yes, there are sometimes long queues but it can be such a busy place it's really not surprising. Services ranging from insurance, currency, passports, banking and parcel processing etc take time to deal with.
I have seen people rock up to the counter with a full trolley of parcels to send! That's not a 2 minute job. Plus the service is sometimes run on a skeleton staffing basis... not the counter staff's fault, so don't give them a hard time!
I've pitched up morning, noon and night usually to dispatch or collect parcels and always receive a warm welcome, thanks guys.
They're a great team who do an excellent job: professional, courteous and friendly. Even in the face of some tricky customers. Well done Genna! Keep up the good work đ đ đ See you soon đ

Incompetence at it's highest level. Went in to post passports which have a unique Identifier on the address. The clerk proceeded to cover part of the address with the label coveringpart of the uniqueidentifier. I pointed this out only to be told that if it didn't get to the destination, that it would be returned to me as I was paying through the nose to have it tracked. The clerk couldn't comprehend that the purpose of the unique identifier was to hurry the process along, not to have it prolonged by their incompetence. I asked to speak to a manager, who when they came were even more incompetent than the clerk. Good old Royal Mail.
