The staff are always helpful, Ive never had a negative interaction with any of them..I live in the town centre but prefer to use the Crofton post office because of the helpful staff... Of course there will be a long Que depending on the time of day but that's inevitable....Some of the negative comments make me think they're possibly about another post office ???

Assistant hardly looked at me sending me away to another place to get a label printed as i had no barcode. Then tells me when i return with a barcode she will print this off!! So unhelpful at the beginning. Waiting for home time I imagine.
