I am sorry I don't know the name of the lovely person who helped me today to return a parcel. I had no clue and she was so patient and managed to work it out for me. She is a star, a gold one!

Very slow, rude and waste your time on purpose.
Making themselves busy as you approach the till, or sometimes nobody at the till at all.
There's been a few occasions I've had to wait in a cue for over 30 min while behind only 2 people.

Kath on the counter was extremely rude, arrogant and clueless when it came to sending a prepaid Special Delivery item. After trying to charge me for a PREPAID item, she then had to open up my sealed envelope to put things into a new one and then commented on the contents (nothing exciting sadly). Her colleague with long hair and glasses was just as a cheeky and rolled her eyes and made comments like “some people know best” when I was challenged on why I used a prepaid envelope rather than a “free” one. By the way, special delivery envelopes are free whether prepaid or not but prepaying allows the post to be organised and sorted in advance of reaching the counter and holding up other customers). Will never be back!
