- IPIvan ProtapMay 13, 20261.0I was disappointed with the service I received. The staff was not friendly at all, and I did not feel treated with respect or professionalism. Customer service should definitely be improved, especially when it comes to communication and the way customers are treated.
- KLKobe LogisticsApr 6, 20261.0Despicable customer service- would not accept larger boxes and made me go to a different post office claiming they are protecting the drivers from lifting bulky items. Same driver is collecting from the other post office. Very rude people stay out.
- ALAlex LrnDec 5, 20251.0The worst services I have ever received from a Post office. In the last 6 months, none of the letters sent (and there were quite a few) were delivered. When checking the track and trace service, it always shows “we’ve got it”, and when checking with the receiver, they all confirmed that none was received! How is possible to keep such unprofessional, careless and useless staff? Not to mention their faces when they see a customer. They even made me loose money, because they didn’t put the right information on their system, when they got my parcel! I had 2 days of nerves, running and calling around! Useless! Avoid this Post office!!
