- SLSophie LakeOct 10, 20241.0NEVER USE THIS POST OFFICE! 0 STARS! Posted a small parcel at this post office expecting it to reach the recipient on the 21/09/2024 with paid 48 hour tracking. Got receipt with tracking info but weight was not correct with item I posted. Tracking was never updated and just continued to state that it was accepted at the post office. This was for around 2 weeks, I got extention due to parcel being delayed but after the second extention the company told me they never received the parcel. I believe this post office stole the item. I would never recommend using this post office as they do not actually post your items like they are meant too. The staff were rude and very unfriendly. I do not understand how they have a license to post items for customers they can't be trusted with our mail or parcels. I now have lost out on money because of this problem as well.
