I am extremely disappointed with your delivery service.
My package was due four days ago, but each day I received a delivery time slot and stayed home waiting, yet nobody arrived.
On Saturday, I received a text same as every day saying the delivery would be between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM. After waiting until 10 AM, I had to leave, and only then did I receive a call at 11:30 AM saying the driver would arrive in 30 minutes. When I explained that I was no longer home, I was told that the delivery would be rescheduled for me please they said yes in next three days we will delivery These toys were very important to me because I ordered them specifically for that weekend for my child.
This has been very frustrating and unprofessional. It has now been almost a week since the original delivery date, and I still have not received my item.
I understand delays happen, but repeatedly giving inaccurate delivery times is unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with the delivery service I received. When I booked the delivery, I was specifically asked whether there were stairs, and I provided all the necessary information. Despite this, the drivers initially wanted to leave my fridge outside. As a lady on my own, I explained that I could not manage to move it myself, yet I still had to beg them to bring it inside. The driver parked across the road caused traffic before refusing to help and tell me the leaving the fridge outside before trying to get it inside when l complained they got it in without difficulty.
I have always been a regular customer at John Bye and have consistently chosen your delivery service because of the good experiences I’ve had in the past. However, the way I was treated this time was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I am extremely unhappy with the service provided and feel very let down by the lack of care and consideration shown by the drivers. I hope this matter will be taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience the same treatment.

Unfortunately my experience with AIT was not great. I did receive tracking updates for a sofabed ordered from Dunelm, got a text the night before with a delivery window. On the day, the delivery team called 45 mins before they arrived which was appreciated. On arrival, I opened my front door and one of the delivery staff looked in and said the package wouldn't fit in there (fair comment, as the hallway is narrow although I knew it would fit according to measurements provided online) and so they delivered it through the back door directly into the living room. They asked if it was okay there, and I asked if they could take it upstairs (since when I placed my order online the delivery said it was to a room of choice up to the 2nd floor). Both men laughed and responded "no chance" then immediately turned and left. They did not ask which room, they did not go into the hall or see the stairs, they did not make any attempt to take it upstairs. I followed up with Dunelm who confirmed that it should have been taken upstairs, they would email the AIT and be in contact when they had a response within 48-72hrs. So far, a week and a half later I haven't heard from either company.
I expect I will only receive the same generic response to this review that has been posted to all other negative reviews.

Disgraceful service. Had scheduled in BBQ delivery and assembly and collection of faulty product the day before a family event. I had not only confirmed this online but also called 2x in the week to confirm the set date. I received the text/email time slots for my allocated day the night before. On the day within my allocated time slot I received a email/text to state the above would be the following day (the day of the family) event. On calling the customer service was poor, stating it was an error on plotting the route and was nothing they could do. Did not offer any compensation. I requested the next day to be the first time slot - could not confirm this. So despite going above and beyond to ensure the delivery occurred on allocated day AIT have messed us around and taken no responsibility and were not helpful in offering any form of compensation. Can happily say worse delivery service I have dealt with.

I was given a delivery date and was told I would be contacted the day before with a two hour time slot. The message finally arrived at 21.37 the night before, that there were coming between 8.40 and 10.40am. This clearly left no scope for me to contact AIT, to ask if a different slot was available. I'm disabled and mornings are difficult for me, but, we managed. They actually arrived nearer 10.15am, although I did get a brief call at 09.40am to say they were about 30 mins away.
Product was fine, but delivery team left a lot to be desired. They were a young man and young lady, sent to deliver a heavy electric, double bed and mattress and headboard. There was a clear language barrier and the male delivery man came across as being quite rude/brash. They weren't very experienced, obviously, as they kept saying it was "impossible' to get the bed into the bedroom from the stairs and it took my friend, that I had asked to be there with me while the bed was delivered, to physically take one end of the bed and lift it into place, to show them how to do it! Otherwise, I fear, I would not have had my new bed!
Not the best service for an expensive purchase.
