A real credit to the office! Yes on occasions theres a queue and people will moan but you can find that anywhere, the staff here try their best to get through any sort of queue in a timely manner as respectfully as someone can, some people are just rude to the staff if anything

He is extremely rude with absolutely zero customer service skills or abilities. I've had to endure his rudeness several times over many visits but today pushed me to write a review. He is at a counter, the light above him is on and he is ON HIS PHONE. I move around in the queue trying to alert him to my presence in the queue finally, l ask very politely if he is available to serve (again to alert him). His immediate response, "NO, I AM BUSY". He then puts the phone down, walks to the door and back to the counter (by this time queue of customers waiting is longer) and then begins to attend to customers. Awful, awful Awful service
