- PPPotterJan 13, 20261.0The staff working on the afternoon of 13 January was very rude. I honestly felt this may have been racial discrimination. They were friendly and smiling with the customer before me, but when it was my turn — before I had even said anything — their attitude completely changed. Their tone was unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable.
- TTTinaDec 1, 20251.0One of the staff was very rude, talked to me in such a nasty tone just for asking questions about my Amazon parcel that I couldn’t collect due to their machine being broken. I went back again today after two days, machine was still broken so I couldn’t collect it, but this time the worker was polite which was nice. Do recommend for others to get ur parcel delivered elsewhere in the future.
