- JWJ WillisDec 9, 20235.0I was doing professional fundraising for charity going door to door and this lovely couple who own the shop let me charge my phone, allowed me out of the cold and even gave me a cup of tea and a hot sausage roll and we had the best conversations - they are an absolutely lovely couple both of them with a heart of gold and their community is lucky to have them! You really are amazing people thank you so much for your hospitality, you are really kind souls and I’ll never forget how you helped me! Best post office I’ve ever been to! Love from Manchester

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
