Didn’t wear a name badge so don’t know her name, but I I would know I would definitely consider her appearance at work. It took me 15 minutes to send international letter because of her poor customer service. Tried to pay with 2 different cards, payment didn’t go trough. She said that there isn’t enough money to pay for postage (£3.20). I said that I think that card machine is not working then she said it was perfectly working, which definitely was a lie. Fuming, as I had to borrow a money from lady waiting in a que to pay for my postage and then go for a cash to my car which was miles away to return it. Unbelievable!!

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
