Was in the shop at 16.20 and post office was closed, a lady came in as she had tracked the opening times as 17.00hrs on their website to be told that it had never been open till 17.00hrs.
Gentleman did not help the lady at all.
Need to up your game and update your website.
It cost nothing to be courteous.
