Checked in to the property to find it had not been cleaned since the last occupant. Contacted the owner who became agitated and angry when we could not agree how to resolve the situation. We left the property as we were concerned for our personal safety in the light of his reaction. We are pursuing this issue with booking.com.

Great service and friendly staff. Sometimes the queue can be long but that's because it's busy! The staff try their best to reduce it as quickly as possible.
Renewed my passport recently and it was fantastic service.
