Totally unprofessional and rude attitude from the post office employee. She really needs to learn about customer service and friendly approach to paying customers. Will never use this post office or hardware shop again. It would be zero stars if I could select it.

I sent an international parcel but the lady at the counter did not put in the full address, even after I had put the complete address on the parcel. This caused the parcel to be missed and delayed and it was posted to the main center in IRELAND. It had very important documents so I had to face an extremely stressful month.

Excellent post office, great staff very knowledgeable, fast and efficient.
I often take awkward or large amounts of parcels in here and there’s never a problem, pricing is bang on and the service is impeccable.
A busy little shop that sells literally everything to boot, has a large range of hardware, paints and the do key cutting too which is handy.
Has its own off road car park too, definitely recommend it’s not my closest post office but happy to travel the 3 miles and get better service.
They also have a fresh hot and cold sandwich bar and coffee. Highly recommend the BLT’s and missus says it has good vegetarian options. Top little shop 👍
