TERRIBLE POST OFFICE,
The worst I’ve been in.
The ogre that sits behind the counter has charged me £12/13 for packages that I had already paid postage on an weighed.
Refusing to take them unless I did, she’s refused to let me collect parcels with a bill and photo ID because she said I need 4 pieces of ID.
Telling me I can only send 2 small packages first class special delivery (cost a fortune) Because they are too big even though I sent much larger.
She is a con woman and a thief
