Slowest counter service and longest queues I've ever encountered, and not even a hint of charisma to compensate. Avoid.

I came in to verify my documents, the man at til 7 told me I needed to come back with a paper copy of the document so I went to get it, I finally got that after waiting for 30 minutes, I came back to the post office and waited in the massive queue just for him to say I had got the wrong document even though he said it was the one I needed, Very useless information and came across as rude

There aren't enough people serving the huge queue of customers. Those that are working seem a bit overstretched. No smiles at all but know their jobs.
