I have been a Online Reseller for many years and have never had such a rude customer service in all my time of sending packages off. If i ever have to send packages off i always go to the Royal Mail Main Office on Rountree Way. I recommend for any other sellers like me to do the same. Its just easier to drive the extra few miles rather than having mud thrown in your face.

Aggressive older blonde lady serving, I’ve had a few harsh responses trying to do my parcels here. Not any more! Never going back. Everyone has a bad day but she shouldn’t be public facing.
Try being nice luvvy.
