- AMALF MONTODec 1, 20251.0Grumpy unhelpful old woman on the main desk. Equally rude guy with pony tail working in the counter next to her. “Computer says no” attitude. My parcel wouldn’t fit on the scales as they’ve purposely attached them to an awkward spot where you can’t place anything large or odd shaped. Grumpy woman refused to help. Ponytail said “I think you’d better disappear to another post office that has larger scales”. An unhelpful unpleasant unhappy duo.
