I've ordered a 24HR delivery which royal mail itself delivered on time but people inside actually post office in Londis couldn't be bothered to scan it until next day. So you can imagine how annoyed I was. Especially when I've tried to explain to them that my parcel was delivered. Showed them email and tracking from royal mail website. Still fobbed me off and sent me to the other post office in Hunstanton just to be back there to get item after 4 day. Useless!
