  The worst customer experience I have ever had. The young man in there has no customer interaction at all , robotic like behaviour, clearly in the wrong type of employment. Unfortunately we don’t have a choice otherwise I would never go in again

  Very long waiting times. Not enough staff. A Greta many people in the queue. There should be a separate desk for those of us who work and don't have time to wait 36 minutes to post a parcel.

  I want to give no stars as I have just been in the queue for 45 minutes. Once I got to the desk I presented my parcel and was asked for a QR code. I do not have one. DPD clearly states that the digital label must be shown to the clerk. I did this and was refused. One of the staff did not turn up until 45 minutes after opening times. Honestly, these guys make LCFCs Vestegaard look like Usain Bolt!!!! Appalling service, slow as a slow thing in a bag with the words slow thing written on it. This is not a one off as it was exactly the same a year ago when i used this "service". Absolutely terrible. It would have been quicker to hire a scooter and deliver the parcel myself. AVOID!!!
