I have to use this post office often as its the only one close by and I send a lot of parcels. There is one woman that works there that appears to lack the ability to smile.. which is strange for a customer facing role. She also comes across abrupt and rude when all I am doing is posting a parcel. The other workers are nice enough. But the store itself, i have only ever come across one smiling server and honestly it shocked me as all the other are miserable and appear like they are working off a community sentence. Once coops open they will lose a lot of service! Honestly, if you are so miserable doing the job leave. There are people out there that would appreciate a job and actually bring joy to peoples days. I dread having to ho in there sometimes.

Why is the lady behind post office ALWAYS so rude and unhelpful? Point blank refuses to help with any change or anything she can not be bothered to get up and look in to. Such a shame a local post office has ended up being such a mess!!

Do the workers in here ever smile? Staff are rude and abrupt and always look like they would rather not be doing the job. I went in the other day to send off a parcel and I simply asked for 1 2nd class stamp. The lady said ‘well which do you want to do first, the parcel or the stamp?’ It was said with such attitude that I could hear her eyes rolling. I avoid this place if I can.

Went in on Saturday to book my passport renewal in with Alison and it was very straight forward, booked in for today at 2pm, I had a situation that meant I needed to go slightly earlier so I called and Alison happily moved it to 13.45 for me at very last minute. When I got there Jay completed my application so easily, quickly and they were both so friendly and helpful with th whole process. I was out of the door before 2pm! Really happy with the service :) thank you!
