My primary issue is with the severe lack of efficiency. There are two service counters, yet on every visit, especially during peak times like Monday mornings only one is in operation. A single staff member is left to manage the entire queue, and unfortunately, the pace of service is extremely slow. This inevitably leads to long, frustrating queues snaking through the store, wasting valuable time for everyone. Furthermore, the opening hours listed are highly misleading and inaccurate. While the Post Office itself closes at 5:30 PM, Royal Mail's own website incorrectly lists its closing time as 10:00 PM, presumably because it reflects the supermarket's hours. This is a critical error that has caused me and others to make wasted trips in the evening, only to find the Post Office counter closed and shuttered. This branch has the potential to be convenient, but the chronic understaffing during busy periods and the widespread misinformation about its operating hours make it a source of frustration rather than a reliable service. I would strongly recommend checking the official Post Office website for hours before visiting and avoiding peak times if you can.
