- SMSimon McGowanMar 19, 20261.0Probably the worst Post Office in Scotland. Make up their own times. When they are 'open' they take forever to do anything or there is a guy on the Post Office till that has no idea how to deal with a customer. Being 'closed 12pm-2pm is just insance, given that the Post Office till is the same counter, and run by the same people as the shop it is located in.

- NRN RMar 6, 20251.0I just went in the post office and the woman who deals with it had attitude. She said we are closed you will have to come back in a couple hours or go to Muirhead. She didn’t even say where in Muirhead as though I know the whole of Scotland. Then I asked do you sell envelopes? Her body language alone was don’t ask her anything. Then she responded no we don’t sell envelopes and turned her back to me… I felt so bad I was only trying to be nice! I needed to give this post office an honest review. Well I won’t be going back in there!!!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
