Arrived to post a parcel at 13.30 still outside the store , not even in the door yet !! There is only one teller on and she is slower than a week in the jail . Loads of old age pensioners in que who are not happy . … finally in the main entrance and the time is 13.46 . Get your finger out especially at this time of year .Hire new staff who are faster !!!!

Visit to the post office today with my daughter. Staff were so helpful and friendly to both myself and my daughter. It was busy and we did have to queue but they were doing their best even though it looked understaffed.

This has to be the worst post office I’ve ever been in. I’ve never seen more than two people working at a time, in my experience there has only been one member of staff present. Today there was a queue of 12 people and only one teller, this would have been painfully slow so I traveled to another post office. In my opinion they should open a second post office in Asda or Tesco, as this would give people an alternative to this inept service.

2 letters sent from this post office by Registered post, supposed to be signed for next day delivery and neither letter arrived at it's destination. Tracking info on both showed NO information apart from it was received at Cumbernauld. Went to post office and told by staff nothing they can do about it and sometimes letters get stuck in the bag and not delivered. Post office complaints also said nothing they can do, appears to be lost and prob got mixed up with other post. Appalling service . The sooner royal mail shuts down the better. But this post office branch is a total joke . Rude staff and terrible service
