As I walked in I was met by an abrupt woman who told me " we are shut " sign on window advised open to 1800. Checked watch 1257 . Attempted to advise I had just been advised that parcel was ready for collection by parcel force at1255. But this fell in deaf ears. Again abruptly told to leave and they were shut. Either parcel force needs to stop using the post office as a delivery point or they need to hire staff to work to the advertised opening times.
